Returns & Exchanges

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since delivery, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

 

Cancellation Policy

 

If you need to cancel your order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, please note that once the production process has begun, we may be unable to cancel your order.

 Customized Orders: If you’ve ordered a customized product, cancellation requests for customized orders can only be accepted within 3 hours from the time of purchase. After this timeframe, production may have already started, and cancellation may not be possible. Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel a customized order.

Non-Customized Orders: For non-customized orders, you may request cancellation before the order has been shipped. Once the order has been shipped, our return policy (outlined separately) will apply.

 

Refunds

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges and Refunds

 

Damaged or Defective Products

Despite quality checks, products may get damaged in transit due to courier mishandling. To request a replacement for misprinted, damaged, or defective items:

  • Submit your request within 7 days of delivery.
  • Provide unboxing videos, photos of the damaged product, and the original packaging.
  • Requests after 7 days will incur reprinting charges.

If the package appears damaged upon receipt, note the damage in the courier’s delivery remarks. This helps in claiming a refund from the courier service.

Take utmost care to unbox packages carefully. If damaged by scissors or sharp objects, refunds or replacements aren’t possible unless:

  • Unpacking videos are provided.
  • Images of the courier cover are sent.

Exchanges or Returns for Wrong Sizes

We don’t entertain exchanges or returns for wrong sizes. Please be aware that a measurement tolerance of ±0.5 inches is standard for apparel products and is not eligible for returns or refunds.

Please be extra careful and check our size guide given with each products separately before purchasing. In case of error on our side, when you’ve ordered according to the size guide and sizes differ more than measurement tolerance, please provide product images and size measurements to assist in checking with the production team.

Lost in Transit

For items lost during shipping, we issue a refund once the shipping status confirms the item is lost.

Delayed Order Delivery: If an item isn’t attempted for delivery within 15 days via Air or 20 days via Surface, we can:

  • Reproduce and re-ship the product to you.
  • Offer a refund on the order.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should initiate a return on the site itself.

Original courier will pickup the return from your address. A custom return address is not possible because courier companies do not offer this option.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If the pin code becomes unserviceable after placing the order, we are not responsible for the return to origin (RTO), and no refunds are processed.
